- Acting for the claimant in an investor-state arbitration claiming $300 billion.
I have appeared in numerous large scale trials, including in 2025 two consecutive trials concerning the Sino Iron Project in Western Australia. The pre-trial applications and trial spanned four months and involved claims exceeding $2 billion.
